Visit Krakow and its beautiful architecture which withstood the changing winds of history.
Churches showing the marks of time passing by, castles standing tall and preserving the memory of the country’s first kings and queens, preserved streets that still look like they did during medieval times: these are just a few examples of the great sights that you can discover in the old capital of Poland.
Driving on two wheels will give you an advantage over cars and buses. You can stop wherever you want, take a photo, go for a walk or just lay on the grass on the riverbanks of the Vistula.
Your guide will be there to lead you through centuries of Krakow's history.
You’ll start at the Barbican - a fortified outpost once connected to the city walls - like a wandering merchant you'll enter the castle-town from the north making your way towards the Main Market Square. On the way, you'll pass by the Juliusz Slowacki Theatre to take a glimpse of its Baroque facade.
The next stop is Kazimierz, once a separate city south of Krakow, today it is one of its vibrant districts. It is an old Jewish district, used as a ghetto during WWII and now a lively combination of pubs, restaurant, unique shops and charming avenues.
If you're hungry you can try a polish 'zapiekanka' and pedal through another pretty district named Podgorze. Here, Oskar Schindler - the famous German industrialist saved his workers from being deported into concentration camps.
You will also visit the Liban quarry – where the movie „Schindler’s List” directed by Steven Spielberg, was shot.
