What is a citis2go pass? Your citis2go city pass is an all-inclusive ticket to attractions and activities in various cities across the globe. The concept is simple – you choose which of the given number of included attractions (based on the pass type) you wish to visit from the comprehensive list we provide. For example, with the explore6 pass you choose the 6 options which are most appealing to you personally.

In addition to the list of included attractions there are various discounted attractions available for tours, restaurants etc. At these locations simply show your pass to obtain the discount. The pass does not need to be scanned and you can return as often as you like.

The passes are valid for 1 MONTH from the start date you choose during the booking process.

Yes, we also offer a citis2go city pass for children. Please check the age restrictions carefully as these can differ from city to city.

Our passes are based on specially discounted rates at the various attractions therefore we do not offer a further discounted rate for other groups such as students or pensioners.

The citis2go city pass is personalized with your name and therefore is not transferable. However, you are able to purchase a pass for someone else and have the pass issued in their name.

Sure, what a nice idea!! Just complete the booking process using the name of the person to whom the pass should be issued. Easy!

No. You will be provided with a list of included attractions from which you can make your selection of the allowed number dependent on the pass e.g. explore6 allows 6 selections. These can only be visited once. Your pass will be scanned upon entry.

Those attractions which offer a discount for pass holders can be visited more than once. Simply show your pass each time you visit.

Yes, our payment service providers ensure your data is fully encrypted before being processed.

The following default terms will apply for cancellations of Customers or Participants:

Up to 3 working days before beginning of the booked Product or Citypass: full refund (subject to cancellation terms of individual tour operators being met) 2 - 0 working days before beginning of the booked Product or Citypass: no refund; No show: no refund. If you have booked a tour with a tour operator in advance and do not show up for the tour (no show) no refund of the pass is due.

Refund requests need to be sent to [email protected] providing the traveler name, booking date, and pass number sent from the email address to which the original booking confirmation was sent.
