what is a citis2go city pass?

Your citis2go city pass is an all-inclusive ticket to attractions and activities in various cities across the globe. The concept is simple – you choose which of the given number of included attractions (based on the pass type) you wish to visit from the comprehensive list we provide. For example, with the explore6 pass you choose the 6 options which are most appealing to you personally.

Choose between unlimited attractions in a set time period or a fixed number of attraction visits with longer validity.

In addition to the list of included attractions there are various discounted attractions available for tours, restaurants etc. At these locations simply show your pass to obtain the discount. The pass does not need to be scanned and you can return as often as you like.

what is the validity period of the pass?

Time based passes e.g.explore 1 day pass are valid for the stated time based on calendar days and the start date you choose during the booking process. Number based passes e.g. the explore 6 pass are valid for 3 months from the start date you choose during the booking process.

is there also a pass for children?

Yes, we also offer a citis2go city pass for children. Please check the age restrictions carefully as these can differ from city to city.

what about for students or pensioners?

Our passes are based on specially discounted rates at the various attractions therefore we do not offer a further discounted rate for other groups such as students or pensioners.

can i transfer my citis2go city pass to others?

The citis2go city pass is personalized with your name and therefore is not transferable. However, you are able to purchase a pass for someone else and have the pass issued in their name.

can i purchase the citis2go city pass as a gift?

Sure, what a nice idea!! Just complete the booking process using the name of the person to whom the pass should be issued. Easy!

can i visit an included attraction twice?

No. You will be provided with a list of included attractions from which you can make your selection of the allowed number dependent on the pass e.g. explore6 allows 6 selections. These can only be visited once. Your pass will be scanned upon entry. 

how do the discounted attractions differ from those in the selection list?

Those attractions which offer a discount for pass holders can be visited more than once. Simply show your pass each time you visit.

can local residents also use the citis2go city pass?

Definitely – and when you consider the 3 month validity period for the number based passes it makes perfect sense. explore your own city? Why not!

what methods of payment are accepted?

You can pay for your booking via PayPal or the following credit cards - American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, JCB.

how does paypal work?

If you choose PayPal as a payment method, you will be automatically directed to the PayPal website at the end of the booking process. Log in and make the payment to citis2go. If you do not already have a PayPal account you can easily create one once directed to the PayPal website at the end of the booking process, and make the payment to citis2go.

is the payment secure?

Yes, our payment service providers ensure your data is fully encrypted before being processed.

what is your cancellation policy?

The following default terms will apply for cancellations of Customers or Participants:

Up to 3 working days before begin of the booked Product or Citypass: full refund (subject to cancellation terms of individual tour operators being met)
2 - 0 working days before begin of the booked Product or Citypass: no refund;
No show: no refund;

Refund requests need to be sent to contact⌭citis2go.com providing the traveler name, booking date, and pass number sent from the email address to which the original booking confirmation was sent.

can i change the departure date in my booking once the purchase has been completed?

can i change the name i entered for my pass when booking?
